VIDEO: Diaphragmatic breathwork training

Optimal diaphragmatic breathing requires focused training at times. Emphasis in the video is on: Inhale through the nose and exhale through relaxed lips, fuller exhalation with each breath, very slight posterior tilt ("scoop the tailbone"), working on pausing once in the exhaled state, re-inhaling slowly without substitution. Hands are monitoring where the air is going--aiming for right in the middle of the thorax.
