These two activities really help with creating thoraco-pelvic integration while keeping proximal hamstrings active to help manage pelvis position and rotation from underneath.  Cues to keep pressure/digging on the heels the whole time as well as keeping the air moving.  Great to use before getting people into more upright activities.
