Sleep Hygiene Considerations

The importance of the human body getting a night of quality restful sleep for the necessary amount of time has been called the “The Hidden Superpower” (see TEDTalk by Matt Walker, world-renowned sleep specialist). There are a multitude reasons why getting adequate and restful sleep is a challenge for some people and it is important to recognize that there are no real “hacks” to be able to shortcut our way there.
